We offer yin yoga, hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga classes in English and Estonian. Contact us for appointments.

Triin is a certified Multi-style Yoga Instructor RYT 200 (cert. by Yoga Alliance Int), and RYT 100 Yin Yoga & Mindfulness instructor (certified by Yoga Alliance Int) 

Charlene is a Yoga Instructor, RYT 200 (cert. by Yoga Alliance Int).

GUIDED MEDITATIONS (free downloads)

Click here to find a guided meditation to help fall asleep (22 min) & a guided self-hypnosis session for boosting confidence and self-esteem (45 min). You can listen to the meditations online or download them to your preferred device to listen later.

Before listening, make sure you are in a safe, relaxing place where you can completely relax and won't be disturbed (so not when driving, obviously!)

Triin Kambek is an accredited and certified psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. She spent most of the last two decades living in the USA where she first learned about the power of meditation and self-hypnosis, and in London, UK where she fine tuned her skills as a psychotherapist and received her accreditation. 

She offers individual psychotherapy sessions in Tallinn, please contact us directly to book a session.

CHARLENE NIEHAUS

Charlene is a certified Yoga Instructor with RYT 200 at Yoga Alliance. She likes teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. Originally from South Africa, she spent 15 or so years in London, a couple of years travelling the world, and has been living in Tallinn, Estonia for the past 10 months. 

She gets excited about travelling, exploring new places, people and thoughts.

Triin is a certified Multi-style Yoga Instructor, RYT 200 at Yoga Alliance and a certified psychotherapist and hypnotherapist (Ad. Dip. Psy. C.) Originally from Estonia she has spent most of the last two decades living in the USA where she first learned about the power of meditation and self hypnosis, and in London, UK where she fine tuned her skills as a therapist. After training as a yoga teacher in Goa, India she likes to marry the calmness and quiet of Yin Yoga with her experience in self-hypnosis and meditation in her classes. To capture this unique combination she created Yin with Triin.
