During this relaxing guided self-hypnosis session, you will be invited to safely explore your feelings and thoughts behind the anxiety. What are the causes, what are the triggers, what kind of behaviours accompany your anxiety? How are you helping yourself now and is it working? Discovering your own patterns of thoughts and behaviours will help you understand yourself better, and to learn the skills of helping yourself more effectively in the future.
