We aim to accommodate the diversity of sleep cycles, optimal energy times and desired

downtime with each individual.

All activities are between 45 minutes to an hour, 2-3 hours for excursions.

Tentative Schedule:

Day 1: Mother-Daughter Connection

Guests are invited to arrive by mid-afternoon so they can settle in and explore the grounds.

• Gather to share and learn from other participants

• Create land art together

• Practice conscious movement and dance expression together

• Opportunities to explore salt cave, labyrinth, float tank, and other wellness amenities

Day 2: The Sacred Feminine & The Nature of the Feminine

• Morning meditation & yoga

• Explore the sacred feminine through sharing circle and activities

• Preparation for a mother-daughter mini vision quest

• Sharing circle and activities about the moon cycle and moon time

• Principles of deep nature immersion

• Excursion to Sly Park nature area for mini vision quest

Day 3: Inner Beauty and Transforming Culture & Celebrating the Maiden

• Morning meditation & yoga

• Sharing circle and activities about the journey of girl to maiden to mother to crone and other feminine archetypes

• Natural Beauty Practices and Routines

• Saging vs. Aging – Growing Older as a Woman

• Opportunities to Journal and make Art about the Feminine Journey and Archetypes

• Conscious Communication Workshop 2

• Sharing circle and activities about creating a sacred space and ritual

• Solo preparation time, opportunities to use the spa and amenities, adventure

• Closing ritual and celebration of mothers and daughters
